30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for defective items, wrong orders, damaged goods, personal dissatisfaction, etc.
If your return is approved, we will process your request promptly.
- Refund approval: within 24–48 hours (weekends included)
- Refund processing time: within 7 working days to your original payment account
Please contact customer service first before returning any items.
Write your order number clearly on the package (required for refund). We also offer free replacements if preferred.
Huafast reserves the right to reject returns caused by malicious competition.
Return shipping fee: borne by you unless the item has quality defects.

- Log into your Huafast account and select the order.
- Contact support, choose Refund / Exchange, describe the issue, and upload photos (for damage/defect) .
- We will reply within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends) with return instructions. Please check spam if you do not receive our email.

Minor defects not affecting use: we may offer a voucher or partial refund.
Quality Issues Within 30 Days
Faults caused by workmanship or material quality:
we will remake and resend free of charge, or provide a discount code with free shipping.
